The project successfully delivered a fully functional Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) along with the supporting IT infrastructure for the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB).
The scope covered the design and customization of IFMIS software tailored to BREB and PBS requirements, including modules for budgeting, accounting, payroll, procurement, and reporting. The project also ensured the supply, installation, and configuration of state-of-the-art IT infrastructure to provide a secure, reliable, and scalable environment.
Comprehensive training programs were conducted for both end-users and IT staff, enabling sustainable operation, effective financial governance, and efficient system management.
Through the successful completion of this initiative, BREB and PBSs now operate with enhanced transparency, accountability, and efficiency in financial management, strengthening their capacity to deliver reliable services nationwide.
