The CTM Project, implemented by the Department of Social Services (DSS) under the Ministry of Social Welfare (MOSW), is aimed at improving transparency and efficiency of cash transfer programs for socioeconomically vulnerable people. It will do so by modernizing the existing beneficiary selection and payment systems in four existing cash transfer programs implemented by DSS targeted for poor and vulnerable individuals.
