Brief description of main deliverables:
A. Proof of Concept (POC) should also be delivered mentioning the M&E indicators covered in different subsystem levels, the planned interfaces of the subsystems, the layout of the reports, etc. before the software development.
B. Design, development, testing and implementation of a comprehensive computerized PIMS that responds to the needs and expectations of components’ implementation and management of the NARI pilot project. This sub-system should cover project inputs/outputs for all aspects of planning, implementation, and monitoring. All types of manuals, required documents, passwords etc. should also be delivered.
C. The plan for preparing a grand database that will help to utilize the labor force more efficiently.
The software and the PIMS database should be flexible for future expansion/merging with the grand database of MoLE. The PIMS would be a web-based system with the provision of real-time syncing of data from different subsystems and it needs to be simple and user-friendly in GUI mode. The system should have an in-built search engine to find specific information. The open-to-public portion of the system and the data input subsystem should have both Bangla and English interfaces where necessary.
