The project involved providing the complete MIS solution along with necessary hardware, developing and installing the software, integrating it with existing systems, hosting, performing data entry, and ensuring ongoing maintenance, aiming to streamline program management, enhance data accuracy, and support effective monitoring and reporting of literacy initiatives.
