The Consultancy Services for MIS (Development/Implementation/Training/Maintenance) project was executed by IBCS-Primax Software (Bangladesh) Ltd. for the Income Support Program for the Poorest (ISPP), Ministry of Local Government Division (LGD) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The project involved developing comprehensive modules, including SSO Login, Web Portal and User Management, Data Exchange with Other Departments, Smart Cards and Biometrics, Enrolment, Card Information, Co-Responsibility, Inventory & Procurement, Grievance, Cash Management, Fund Management, Social Safety Net, and Reporting, aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing data management, and enabling effective program monitoring and service delivery.
