The new billing software for Dhaka WASA was developed by designing and coding the system according to their requirements. After development, the software was implemented through configuration and user training to ensure smooth operation. It was then installed on the organization’s servers and workstations with all necessary setups. Following installation, the software was deployed for live use, with continuous monitoring to address any issues. Finally, data migration was carried out to accurately transfer all existing billing records from the old system to the new one, ensuring seamless continuity in billing operations.
