The Web-Based NTVQF Management System project was implemented by IBCS-PRIMAX for the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), Ministry of Education in Dhaka, Bangladesh. IBCS-PRIMAX developed a comprehensive NTVQF Management Information System with mobile-accessible databases, provided training to BTEB, DTE, and BMET personnel, documented software requirements through Low-Level Requirement Documents (LLRD) and use case diagrams, and successfully developed, installed, and tested the online information system to streamline technical education management.
