ICX and IGW

IBCS-PRIMAX developed ICX and IGW billing solution for the Bangladesh market as par the rules defined by BTRC. We have successfully implemented the solution at GETCO and have also been successfully providing GETCO managed service for the past 4 years. Our company is the only CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001:2008 certified company in Bangladesh that has developed a fully functional ICX Billing Solution whose modules facilitate ease of operation and faster performance in controlling the complex ICX billing transactions.
The following is the scope of work being provided by IBCS-PRIMAX:

  1. Consultancy service on ICX billing rules
  2. CDR mediation service from Binary to ASCII
  3. Rating solution based on BTRC rules for ICX
  4. Generate required invoice
  5. Money collection history maintenance
  6. Managed service
  7. Guidance on necessary HW requirement for running the billing application

Currently we are in the implementation phase of our solution for a couple of other ICX operators.
