SICT Implements Imaging Database to Reduce Disputes over Land Ownership in Central Bangladesh The Support to ICT Task Force (SICT) Programme is a project initiated by the Government of Bangladesh to implement e-governance—transforming government-to-government, government-to-citizen, and government-to-business processes using technology—throughout the nation. SICT’s remit included delivery of a new Land Record Management System to the Manikganj Land Record Office in central Bangladesh to digitally store maps and associated documents.
